COREY MCPHERSON NASH SELECTED BY CLEAR CHANNEL ENTERTAINMENT TO PROVIDE BRANDING AND STRATEGY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ITS CC.COM AND GETACCESS INITIATIVES

CMN to Develop Brand Manifesto and Look and Feel Redesign to Help Maintain Clear Channel Entertainment's Leadership Position into the 21st Century

WATERTOWN, MA April 22, 2003 -- Corey McPherson Nash (CMN/ http://www.cmndesign.com), an award-winning integrated design firm providing branding, advertising, print and interactive services, today announced it has been selected by Clear Channel Entertainment, the world's leading promoter and marketer of live entertainment, to provide branding and strategy recommendations for its popular CC.com and getAccess sites. As part of this assignment, CMN will make recommendations for repositioning both brands vis-à-vis each other and their respective target audiences.

CC.com is designed to serve a wide target audience, anyone who purchases tickets to live performances and events via the Internet. getAccess is designed to serve live entertainment enthusiasts who seek privilege, prestige and preferential treatment in their event-going experience. CMN will clearly define the synergy between both initiatives, as well as their relationship back to Clear Channel Entertainment, and ensure the brands remain fresh and relevant moving into the future.

"CMN has a rich legacy of providing design and branding to companies in the entertainment industry, including Nickelodeon, MTV and HBO," said Chris Klaehn, CMN partner. "Couple this with CMN's expertise in interactive design and integrated services, and we were the right fit to offer Clear Channel Entertainment the branding recommendations it needed to ensure CC.com and getAccess remain at the top of their respective categories."

"We reviewed a number of branding and design firms before selecting CMN," said Mike Stacy, VP of Marketing, Clear Channel Entertainment. "CMN's breadth of experience in the entertainment industry, coupled with their vision of how our brands should evolve, clearly put them ahead of the pack. We're enthusiastic about our work together and know we'll produce great results that will keep our customers coming back again and again."
