Forrester Veteran Brings Strong Research Heritage to CMN
WATERTOWN, Mass. - Nov. 15, 2005 - Corey McPherson Nash (CMN/ http://www.cmndesign.com), an award-winning integrated design firm providing branding, advertising, print and interactive services, today announced the addition of Julie Meringer, vice president for Forrester's Consulting practice in the Americas, to the company's Board of Advisors. Meringer's rich research heritage, coupled with her experience in counseling executives on the strategic direction of their businesses, make her an ideal addition to the CMN board. Meringer will work closely with the CMN senior management team to define the next step in CMN's evolution and ensure that CMN continues to 'push the envelope' to deliver fresh, compelling, provocative work for its clients.

About Julie Meringer Julie's career at Forrester has spanned more than 14 years. Currently, she is vice president for Forrester's Consulting practice in the Americas and is responsible for driving growth in Forrester's research-based consulting group. Previously, Julie was a vice president for Forrester's CIO Group - part of Forrester's Oval offering. She has conducted custom research for top CIOs and has worked with them to develop strategies around the intersection of business and technology. As a veteran in the technology research industry, Julie has provided in-depth analysis and guidance to many senior technology executives. Most recently, she has worked with the top IT executives at US Mint, Verizon, CGE&Y, and DirecTV. Julie has helped them analyze issues like how to organize IT to better support business and which service provider has the best business process outsourcing expertise for a specific industry.
Julie has also worked with leading-edge firms in Britain, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, France, Canada, Japan, Thailand, and South Africa to define their IT organizations and use of outside service providers. She has been quoted on CNBC and the BBC and in The Wall Street Journal and other publications.
Prior to joining Forrester in 1993, Julie was an English teacher in Japan. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.
The Board of Advisors meets with CMN partners on a regular basis and helps to define CMN's corporate direction to keep pace with shifts in business, design, technology and the overall global landscape.
