Boston Marketing Veteran Hired by Award-Winning Agency to Support New Sales and Marketing Initiatives

WATERTOWN, Mass - January 8, 2008 - Corey McPherson Nash (CMN), a leading national branding and design firm based in Watertown, Massachusetts, announced today that Sharon Barbieri Thomas has been hired as Director of New Business Development to support the firm’s sales and marketing efforts in this newly created position.

Thomas is the former Regional Vice President of Mom Corps, where she is credited with the launch of the Boston office of this innovative staffing agency. In this capacity she headed sales, candidate marketing and the recruitment of a local business development team. Prior to Mom Corps, Thomas was Executive Director of Community Management at Spire, a spin-off of Circles and was part of the team that researched and developed this new business venture — a private web site for affluent lifestyle enthusiasts. Before that, she worked in marketing roles at Circles, Scudder Investments and Digitas.
